In this newsletter, we are excited to inform you about the WelcOHme Days at the Brussels Drohme Golf Club, a unique event taking place from April 13th to April 21st. We have crafted a diverse program filled with activities for golfers and non-golfers of all levels. Below, you will find an overview of what to expect and how to register for the various events.
What to Expect:
Discovery Classes – Initiation: For non-golfers, we offer the opportunity to discover the basic principles of golf. It’s a great chance to find out if golf is the right sport for you. You can register via this link
Masterclasses: For experienced players, we are organizing Masterclasses. During these sessions, our PGA professionals will provide you with advice on various aspects of the game. It’s an excellent opportunity to improve your game and learn what you need to do to reach your goals. Masterclasses are open to members and non-members, but you must have a handicap of at least 45. Competitions for Members and Guests: As part of our inaugural WelcOHme Days, we are seeking participation from our members. If you’d like to participate in any of the following competitions (seniors, men, ladies, young golfers, and/or weekend competitions), we ask that you invite a friend, acquaintance, or family member to play with you. The only condition is that this person is not already a golfer. The format we propose is called Drive & Putt.
In this format, the Brussels Drohme Golf Club member plays the ball until it reaches the green, and then your guest putts. The format we apply is Stableford.
Naturally, no registration fees will be charged for you or your guest. You can register via this link : BE GOLF
Following the competition, an awards ceremony will take place with a well-stocked table of fantastic prizes for both you and your guest.
If your guest decides to sign up for any package at the Brussels Drohme Golf Club after participating in this competition, for example, a “Let’s Try Golf” package, you, as a club ambassador, will also be rewarded. Another reason to register with your guest!
Please note, for each competition, you can only invite one person at a time, but you can participate in multiple competitions.
We sincerely hope to count on your participation in one or more competitions organized between April 13th and April 21st.

Golf Equipment Demonstration Days: During these days, you will have the opportunity to try out the latest golf clubs from Taylor-Made, Ping, and Callaway and discover which one suits you best. Second-hand Equipment Market:
Don’t miss our Big Equipment Market in partnership with Ekwip, the marketplace for sports bargains, during the Welcome Days. The market will take place on the following dates and times: April 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Looking for new equipment to pursue your passion for golf? This is the perfect opportunity to make great deals and renew your bag or discover the latest innovations!
It’s also a chance to give a second life to the equipment you no longer use and positively impact your golf practice!
A service for depositing your old clubs will be organized from April 13th to April 21st, 2024. Here’s how it works:
📅 Make an appointment directly at the pro shop or by email: shop@bdgc.be before 10/4/23.
🛍️ An estimate of the value of your equipment will be provided on-site.
💼 If the estimate is accepted, your clubs will be exhibited at the “Welcome Days” Market.
💰 A concluded sale equals a specific credit note* for a purchase or order.
🔄 In case of non-sale, you have the choice to leave your clubs on consignment, or retrieve them, or offer them for sale on www.ekwip.io
Buyback conditions:
✔️ Clubs must not be more than 5 years old.
✔️ The credit note can be used immediately for the purchase of a new set or a specific club (excluding promotions, second-hand equipment, textiles, and accessories). It is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
