Newsletter 6 January
Dear Golfers,
This year, the BDGC Academy is experiencing exceptional growth, driven by the commitment of all our Professionals and an ambitious vision for the future of your club.
A fully committed team of Professionals
Our instructors work daily to deliver a richer, more consistent and personalised learning experience. Their strong on-course presence and close collaboration enable them to support every golfer in their development, whatever their level.
Continuous professional development: nearly 20 seminars in 2025
To offer you the very best, our Professionals invest continuously in their own development.
Nearly 20 seminars and training days have bee scheduled for 2025, including advanced teaching modules, technical updates, and the launch of the Handigolf project, designed to welcome and support players with disabilities.
An ambitious junior vision for the future of the Club
The Academy is strengthening its junior programme with a clear objective: more juniors on the course, greater consistency, and more enjoyment.
A new junior elite group is also being created, selecting talented young players and guiding them through a structured and motivating sporting pathway.
An Academy evolving for the benefit of its members
All these initiatives share a common goal: to enhance the BDGC experience, support your progress, and strengthen the sporting and social life of the club.
We are proud to build, with you and for you, a modern, dynamic and inclusive Academy.
Thank you for your trust, and we wish you a wonderful 2026 season on our fairways.
Sylvain Marcol
Head Pro of the Academy
