Dear Members of the Brussels Drohme Golf Club,

After a few weeks of testing, the parking barriers will be activated starting Tuesday, 22 July, in the morning.

The parking will now be managed by the professional company Indigo.

As a member of the Brussels Drohme Golf Club, you have two options to access the parking:

  1. Pay-per-use

You may pay the standard rate of €2 per hour, either at the on-site payment machines or via the Indigo mobile app.
➡️ The first 15 minutes are free, allowing you to quickly drop off or pick something up without being charged.

  1. Annual subscription for club members (€120 incl. VAT)

Club members can subscribe to a discounted annual plan via the Indigo Neo app, valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

💡 With a subscription, the parking system uses automatic license plate recognition.
The barrier will open automatically upon arrival and departure – no ticket or badge required, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.

 

Important:

  • This preferential rate is exclusively reserved for members of the Brussels Drohme Golf Club.
  • A list of active BDGC members has already been provided to Indigo:
    • if you are a member, your name will be on the list.
    • However, as part of Indigo’s procedure, it is mandatory to upload proof of identity in the form of a photo of your driver’s license, identity card, or federation card when registering.
    • Indigo will then verify whether your name appears on the list we provided.
  • The process takes a maximum of two working days.

 

 

How to subscribe:

1- Click the following link to access the dedicated subscription page in the Indigo Neo app:

2- Log in to your Indigo Neo profile:
* Already a user? Click “Se connecter”
* New user? Click “S’inscrire” to create your profile.

3- Once registered, you can submit your subscription request.

4- Indigo will contact the club to confirm your membership. You will receive a response within two business days.

5- Once approved, log in again to finalize the subscription and complete payment.
